Not at all. Our pressed glitters do not require glue, primer or eyeshadow bases. It can also be used as an external eyeliner (not waterliner).

~FINGERTIPS: Gently rub/slide your fingertip over the product to get a sufficient amount for coverage then dab onto your eyelid. Body temperature helps to warm up the product for a smoother application. Repeat as necessary.

~BRUSHES: Gently swipe your applicator brush over the product to get a sufficient amount for coverage then dab onto your eyelid. A damp brush holds the glitter better. Repeat as necessary.

To remove the glitter, rinse off with warm water then clean off any residue with makeup wipes. Easy.

As much as you like, depending on how glossy you like your lips. You're in charge!
